Speaking of Spring Planting.....

This year our seedlings are being planted in little cups made from the Thursday edition of a newspaper which we receive for free.

Last year we purchased an inexpensive little item which we use to recycle the old newspapers into transplant pots. It's called The Potmaker, and we purchased ours from Lehman's.

It seems to be working for us. Instead of using our limited space to store various plastic containers or purchasing starter pots, Abi simply saves the free weekly paper and makes the pots as we need them.
